Meet Our Village!
Hello, I'm Tionna Helland, the Founder of Our Village Birthing Doula Services. Becoming a birthing doula has brought me immense joy as a wife and proud mother of 4 daughters, two granddaughters, and one grandson. With years of experience guiding families through the labor journey, I believe every birth should feel empowering, nurturing, and even like a dance party! As your birthing doula, I am committed to creating a safe and loving environment for mothers and their partners, urging them to embrace their unique birthing experience.
My approach combines playfulness with expert knowledge and genuine care, ensuring this experience feels less like a marathon and more like a joyful adventure. Outside of my doula work, I enjoy preparing healthy snacks, teaching Zumba, and spending time with my family and animals. Whether you're a first-time parent or welcoming another little one, Our Village is here to support you with laughter and love!
